At Founders Heritage Park you can take a walk through Nelson's past and in the adjacent japanese garden you can discover Nelson's ties to our sister city Miyazu. It's particular pretty during the cherry blossom time around mid-end September.
Along the waterfront you'll have great views of the harbour, learn something about the first settlers coming to the region by ship and finde several eateries with seaview to have lunch or dinner.
